BGIS wishes to qualify and establish Vendor of Record Lists for the following contracting service categories in relation to Client(s) Low and Medium-complexity projects with ranging construction budgets from approximately $10,000 to $2,000,000.

Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC)
Paving / Concrete & Asphalt
Plumbing
Roofing / Sheet Metal / Siding Panels
Security

Bidders are advised to enter any amount (i.e. $1) in the BGIS Merx portal for administrative purposes.

Please be aware that there is a page count limit for the Technical Proposal as per Table 2 - Rated Technical Criteria, Total page count.
Any pages exceeding the Total Number of Pages will be removed from the Technical Proposal prior to being submitted for evaluation. The page count will start at the first page of the Technical Proposal (excluding Mandatory Requirements and cover sheet or introduction letter) until the Total Number of Pages allowed is reached

Appendix A should be submitted under “Appendix A, Proposal Submission Form”.
The Technical Submission has a page count limit and should be submitted under “Technical Submission, Duly and Completed Technical Submission”.
