Event Note

Respondents are advised that there will be an Optional site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 1.4 of the RFQ. A maximum of one representative of each Respondent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the Optional site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at 166 Frederick Street, Kitchener, ON. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Respondents are advised that they must preregister via email to (Rajesh.Gupta@bgis.com) by (December 7, 2023) to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Respondents representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Respondents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.
Respondents are only required to attend one scheduled site visit to be eligible to bid.
COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
