1. Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 2.6.15. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS representative at the Main Entrance to 4905 Dufferin St, Toronto, ON, M3H 5T4. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the site visit by Addenda. Bidders cannot use a representative from another Bidder as its authorized representative to attend the site visit.
