For the folders dedicated to the Streams, refer to section 3.2 of the solicitation document to determine what should be included in each stream folder. Response at the very least for each stream should include:
1. A response to the Rated Requirements (questions in Appendix 1 Table 3)
2. A response to Appendix 11 and Appendix 12 for each stream the Respondent wishes to be considered eligible
3. Any relevant certifications such as Engineering Certificates or qualifactions/resumes used as corroberating information
Be sure to refer to section 3.2 of the solicitation to determine what documents to upload. If unsure upload all documents requested for each stream.
