Description

Built in 2013, 30 Victoria holds a LEED Canada Platinum Certification for Core and Shell Development. The project will utilize phased implementation for the fit up/partial fit-up of four floors.

The project scope involves phased fit up of the 1st, 11th, 12th & 13th floors at 30 Victoria, Gatineau, Quebec. The project consists of approximately 7,188 m²u of general-purpose office space and special purpose space in conformance with GC workplace. Renovation will include but not limited to demolition, new demountable partitions, new millwork, new floor & wall finishes, speciality lighting and HVAC, electrical & plumbing modifications as well as AV/IT.
