This project will consist of various leasehold improvements throughout two floors in the building. This work includes but is not limited to: replacing of damaged ceiling tiles, signage, base building lighting improvements, loading dock lift removal, wall repairs, power distributions modification, new water fountains, doors and frame replacement, cellphone signal improvements, HVAC upgrades, kitchenette redesign and retrofit.
