Description

The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and generally involves Heat Pump Replacement at GOCB Deer Lake, NL.
.2 Work of this contract includes but is not limited to: .1 Replace seven (7) existing water-to-air heat pumps with new.
.2 Replaced two (2) existing water-to-water heat pumps with new.
.3 Provide power and controls to new heat pumps.
.4 Flush and clean existing piping system.
.5 Provide cutting/patching, ceiling removal/reinstatement as required to perform the work.
.6 Provide complete new EMCS operator work station and complete building automation system graphics for the existing building automation system.

BIDDERS: Please RSVP to procurement via email (shelley.demont@bgis.com) to register for the MANDTATORY Teleconference no later than 2:00 PM AST/ADT on the business day prior to obtain the required access code for the teleconference.
Failure of a Bidder to attend a Mandatory Teleconference and/or Site Visit, properly register, sign the BGIS Site Visit Sign-In Sheet and remain present for the duration of the Teleconference/Site Visit will entitle BGIS in its sole discretion to reject such Bidder’s Bid.
