Description

RCMP requests large paint chips be repaired in select cells as they are extremely sharp and dangerous to prisoners and members. Consultant also to review cell doors for operability and assess paint condition of other cells. The focus of this project is safety. A concurrent feasibility study is underway for large scale renovations and repairs to the cell block.
