Description

The scope of this project includes facility painting and a carpet refresh throughout RCMP space on floors 5 through 9. The renovation includes the removal of the existing carpet floor finish and replacing with new, and new wall paint within all specified corridors, offices, meeting rooms, etc. Areas excluded from this scope are those spaces that have been updated within the past two years, or sensitive or blocked spaces limited to access or occupancy. The carpet and paint refresh scope of work is applicable to the spaces leased to the client and does not include elevator lobbies or core areas.

    Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 2.6.15 of the ITT. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the front lobby at the 130 Dufferin Ave, London, ON. Site Visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to procurement specialist (abdoulkarim.alin@bgis.com) by the date specified in item 2.6.15 of the ITT to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder's Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the site visit by Addenda.
