GOC581599-CS - 4th Floor Fit Up - ESDC

Statement of Work/Overview:
1. Demolition - one wall to be demolished. Another wall to be demolished and install a new door.
2. Replace existing main entry door with new door with sidelight.
3. Electrical - Install Conduit within walls for Electrical outlets as well as conduit for security equipment. Install wall outlets.
4. Patch and paint all walls.
5. Install new base on every column.
6. Make good of all finishes affected by demolition. all finishes to match existing.
Special Instructions:
1. Furniture installation will be completed when work to commence. Room has been provided and furniture is away from walls to provide contractors space to work.
2. Work will need to occur after hours and an escort will be required.
