This is a two year project to assess the best course of action to bring the site day care up to fire code. Using the fire commissioners deficiency list as a guide. The day care needs two forms of egress and one needs to be directly outside. Also due to the daycare being a third party tenant needs to be properly fire rated from the rest of the site.(1hr as per fire commissioner report). Also to correct any other deficiency that are listed on the report pertaining to the daycare. Design Year 1 and Construction Year 2.

The current condition does not meet code for third party tenancy. Is listed on the deficiency list from the Federal Fire Protection Specialist.
