Event Note

Please meet BGIS Representative at the Portage IV Level 1 Security Desk at the top of the escalators when entering at LTDLC – 6e étage, 1 Promenade du Portage, Gatineau, Québec. Proponents are advised that there will be an MANDATORY site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 1.0 of the Call Up Instruction Document.. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the MANDATORY site visit.

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): safety shoes/boots, hard hats, safety glasses, and face mask. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.
