Statement of Work/Overview:
Install Access Panels and Platforms for Fire Damper Inspection.

Scope of work includes but not limited to:
During the annual fire damper preventive maintenance inspection in FY 2015-2016; nine (9) fire dampers could not be accessed due to their location up in the ceiling space area. Please be aware that this Port-of-Entry is a newly constructed Facility. There are a total of 19; and half of these fire dampers are accessible from a ladder; over doorways and hallways; just above the ceiling tile level. The remaining nine (9) are located in the HVAC duct work distribution network; and several feet above the ceiling tile space. There is no mezzanine or supporting platform to stand on in order to access these fire dampers. Considerations must be given towards the annual and 4 year inspection intervals of these life system items. Design complete Year 1 and Construction Year 2.
