Description

The intention in building 6 is to remove and replace the existing HVAC unit with a new complete unit with fans. It also involves the installation of a glycol system including a pump, heat exchanger, expansion tank and glycol fill system to reduce the risk of any freezing coils

The intention in building 7 is to completely refurbish the existing HVAC unit including the internal and external cleaning of the unit, replace the existing bearings with new and remove and replace cooling coil and replace drain pans with new ones.

Project intent at this point in time for fiscal 2016-2017 is to proceed for full implementation. The Work will have to be completed in the following order :

Building 6 – PWG316418-1 - No later than April 24th 2017
Building 7 – PWG316423-1 - No later than March 3rd 2017

All Respondents interested in participating in this tender requirement are to register in advance by returning the document Ellis Don Site Access Pre-Registration Form by November 30, 2016 before 2:00 pm. Email a completed version of the form to procurement.carlingtunneys@brookfieldgis.com.

Each firm will be limited to a maximum allocation of two attendees for this showing. Minimum Reliability is required to access the construction site. Escorting of un-cleared personnel is NOT permitted.
Firms failing to pre-register within the stipulated time frame may not be granted access to the site on the date of the job showing and therefore not able to submit a compliant bid.

3. 6 inch high steal toe boots ( Green triangle tag)
4. High visibility safety vest
5. Long pants and sleaved shirt no dresses/shorts
6. No cut off shirts
