GOC6313366-CT-RFPQ - CGC Fit-Up

Building-wide re-fit to enable the movement of the existing tenant from the first floor to the second floor, and renovate the basement and first floor to meet the requirements of a new tenant. This includes laboratory and special purpose space to house commercial equipment utilized by the tenant. High-level scope of the project includes, but is not limited to:

1. Construction of new partition walls;
2. Installation of new doors;
3. New finishes, including carpet, resilient flooring, millwork, and paint;
4. New window coverings;
5. New lighting;
6. Upgrades to building-wide HVAC;
7. Reconfiguration and relocation of tenant equipment in select locations.
