Entire room requires repainting. Existing lead paint will have to be abated. High ceiling will require scaffolding or lift to access. Consultant to determine method of abatement in compliance with the applicable occupational health and safety act. Project specific DSS required during design.
Consultant must demonstrate successful equivalent projects on heritage buildings.
Membership with the Canadian Association of Heritage Professionals (CAHP) would be beneficial.
