The project aims for the modernization of the existing workplace through a light fit-up with maximum reuse of furniture and existing layouts/enclosed spaces. Some light base building work is expected to accommodate the new layouts (e.g., some addition or removal of walls, design changes requiring HVAC/electrical modifications, some millwork, egress/ingress emergency redesign, etc.). The client’s Special Purpose Space (SPS) requirements will also be met.

    A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the Optional site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the 455 Boulevard de la Carriere, Gatineau, Quebec at the front security desk (Main Lobby). Paid parking is available at the back of the building. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Proponents are advised that they must preregister via email to Crystal.Yan@bgis.com by May 27th, 2025, before 2:00 PM to be authorized to access the site.
