Exterior fit up project to: 1. Replace existing cladding, windows (quantity 9), doors (quantity 3) and building exterior lighting. 2. Parking lot upgrades as well as new catch basin piped to the rear of the property. 3. Remove access ramp and adjust grades to allow for an additional stall in the front lot and maintain accessibility. 4. Reconstruct new concrete stairs at side entrance of the facility.
