DDC System Upgrade at Prince Rupert Government of Canada Building

• Demolish existing building automation system,
• Provide new building automation system,
• Replace existing variable frequency drive with new,
• Replace all existing valve actuators and control valves with new,
• Replace all existing hydronic heater isolation valves with new,
• Replace all existing damper actuators with new. Dampers to remain,
• Replace existing temperature sensors with new. Add temperature sensors in areas shown,
• All wiring should be tested and verified as fully functional,
• Communication wiring and exposed wiring and within mechanical and services rooms should be run in conduits,
• Test and commission all equipment,
• Complete performance verification of all equipment,
• Complete and submit equipment CMMS forms to client,
• Label and identify all installations.
