Roof replacement at the NW corner of the main roof at 9755 King George due to recurring leaks not able to be rectified via multiple roof repairs. Roof is torch-on membrane and roughly 120' by 75'. The scope includes the addition of extra insulation to build up low areas and improve drainage where water has been pooling. Please refer to the Previous GOC6193328 - Roof Assessment Study report - Completed Mar 2025.

Multiple repairs have not been able to address the recurring leaks experienced on-site. Replacement of this main roof area is suggested. Age of roof is 2005
