Attend all sites within the FMZ, review equipment and update each buildings Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as required per Canada Occupational Health & Safety Regulations Part II, Div. III most recent codes and requirements. The Consultant is to verify equipment details on site and update to include the written instructions for the operation, maintenance, and testing/verifications of HVAC systems and the calibration of all sensors, probes and gauges on which the systems depend for efficient operation. Regulation requires site specific standard operating procedures that seek to prevent inadvertent releases and instructs on-site and service personnel on how to maintain on-going compliance with applicable regulations. SOP update to also include halocarbon containing equipment. Updated SOPs are required to include a standardize word compatible file template which is to be used and updated for the future for any newly added equipment.
Considerations to be made for the inclusion of BAS/DDC setpoints/setbacks/schedules/COVID protocols (if no longer necessary). Points all seek to meet occupancy comfort, building needs, and measures of efficiency. Refer to "M05EN – HVAC Standard Operating Procedures”
