Description

The aim of this project is to repair the deteriorated concrete cover of the beams and columns to maintain the structural integrity of the building. Any areas that undergo repairs shall also be painted to match the surrounding area. During the course of the project investigation adding fireproofing to any exposed beans should be investigated. If the concrete cover maintenance is deferred, the structural steel columns and beams will be rusted and corroded with time and the repair become prohibitive.
