Event Note

Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 2.6.15. A maximum of 3 representatives of each Bidder, or its authorized representatives, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS representative at the Lobby 11140109 St. NW Edmonton, Alberta. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email, and on behalf of their authorized representatives including sub-contractors, to the procurement specialist named in this ITT @ Mohammad.Rahman@bgis.com, by the date indicated in item 2.6.15 to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s representative(s) being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.

All individual attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)
