Description

Perform study to modernize with energy efficient fixtures such as toilets, urinals, sinks and replace all associated hardware to make them automatic-hands-free, and to verify all drain traps in washrooms to include a trap primer. And due to increase of personnel working in the basement level, there is only one washroom and it's not sufficient, a study would confirm if building meets codes for the occupants working in this area. West side total of 16 washrooms East side total of 12 washrooms Central area total of 20 washrooms.
