Description of Project:
 
The project encompasses the 200 Town Centre Court, Scarborough facility. In general, the work shall include, without being limited to the following:
 

1. Refer to the detailed plans and specifications for more information on the scope of work.

1. Provide new 120/208 Volt and 347/600 Volt utility power services to support mechanical scopes of work.

1. Disconnect and remove existing feeders, branch circuits, control circuits, etc. to accommodate removal of existing mechanical equipment.

1. The electrical contractor shall provide a comprehensive Methods of Procedures (MOP’s) two weeks prior to each and every power shutdown. MOP’s must include a detailed sequence of operations to be completed during the respective shutdown as well as a back out plan. MOP’s must be approved by the client, landlord and the electrical consultant prior to any work taking place.

1. Project on very aggressive schedule and must be substantially (97%) completed by March 14, 2017 and 100% completed by March 24, 2017.
