Description

Statement of Work/Overview:
* Perform a coordination study to evaluate the integrity of the ventilation System, HVAC units, terminal units and duct system by defining serviceable zones and demonstrate the reduction of CFM measures. Both asset (NBP and CHP) will be conducted at the same time.
* Complete condition assessment of existing HVAC system
* Provide current life time expectency
* Provide/identify possible upgrades required for energy/water efficiency
* Assess whether existing conditions are sufficient for current building occupancy, as well as assess whether system can accomodate maximum potential occupancy. If the current system cannot accomodate maximum potentiel occupancy, identify changes required.
