GOC534974 - CT - PDP I & II Perimeter Heating

The intent of this bid call is for Brookfield Global Integrated Solutions (“Brookfield GIS”) to obtain offers (“Bids”) from interested and qualified parties (“Bidders”) to perform the Work required in accordance with the Contract Documents.  The work generally consists in the replacement of the hot water Perimeter heating systems for the two commercial levels of the Portage I and II complex, the third floor at Portage I and the basement pipes, pumps and heat exchangers. The replacement of the main doors of the vestibules is also intergrated into the project. The contractor shall provide the architecture, mechanical, electrical and automatic regulation services to perform the work shown on the plans and specifications included in this tender and provide a work schedule as per guidelines in Appendix L.
