  All Respondents interested in participating in this tender requirement are to pre-registrer for the plan viewing by providing the:  names, security clearance level, CISD file number, CISD file expiration date and date of birth of personnel who will attend the plan viewing. 
  
  Email this information to:  procurement.carlingtunneys@brookfieldgis.com . 
  
  Firms failing to pre-register within the stipulated time frame may not be granted access to the site on the date of the plan viewing and therefore not able to submit a compliant bid.
  
  A maximum of two (2) representatives of each Respondent will be permitted to attend.

  Attendees who have pre-registered for the mandatory plan viewing will meet Daniel Abrams (613-325-0461) at the Building 2 security trailer, 3500 Carling Avenue Campus.  Please leave adequate time to navigate the campus and locate the meeting point (map uploaded to Merx).  No electronic recording devices of any kind are permitted during the plan viewing, however attendees may take notes.
  
  Only the individuals who pre-registered will be permitted to attend the Plan Viewing - maximum two (2) personnel per Respondent.
