Statement of Work/Overview:
Description of Project:
 
Contractor MUST review the plans and specifications in detail prior to price submission.
The scope of work shall include, but is not limited to the following:

1. Contractor shall visit and examine the site and obtain all necessary information and measurement prior to pricing.
2. Prior to removal of existing equipment, disconnect controls and power supplies.
3. Remove and dispose of all existing equipment as indicated on drawings.
4. Supply and install new equipment as specified.
5. Provide new power supply to new equipment as required by the electrical code and manufacturer’s recommendations.
6. All electrical equipment shall come complete with sprinkler proof enclosure. Electrical distribution shall be in EMT conduits.
7. On completion call for all necessary inspections with the building department, ESA, and others.
8. Perform commissioning. Written report shall be attached to the maintenance manual.
9. At the end of the work provide three (3) copies, in binders, with all relevant documents: equipment manuals, inspection letters, warranty letters, start up report, etc. Include one (1) year of full warranty for all installed equipment and controls.
10. NOTE: Parts of the plans and specification may make reference to the project number GOC417932. This is the same project as GOC665215.
11. Consider all references of GOC417932 to be the same as GOC665215.
