GOC665448-NOO-RFQ-Contractor - Contractor Services - Remove and Replace Fixed Wall with Retractable Wall

Statement of Work/Overview:
Description of Project:
 
The contractor’s scope of work entails the following but is not limited to:
 

1. Supply all labor, tools, materials, plants and all other items necessary to remove the existing wall to allow for the installation of the new operable partition wall.
2. Supply all labor, tools, materials, plants and all other items necessary for any modifications to the services as shown on attached drawings.
3. Supply all labor, tools, materials, plants and all other items necessary to modify supply and HVAC ductwork and pipes as shown on attached drawings. Removal of the existing electrical and communication cables within existing wall.
4. Supply all labor, tools, materials, plants and all other items necessary to repair all areas affected by the work. Any damages incurred shall be paid for and repaired by the Contractor.
5. Contractors must review the tender plans and specifications prior to price submission.
6. NOTE: Parts of the plans and specification may or may not make reference to the project number GOC480649. This is the same project as GOC665488.
7. Consider all references of GOC480649 to be the same as GOC665448.
