Description

Remove existing defective fresh air and return dampers (4 set of dampers-each set has 3 rows) and actuators (8 actuators) on Interior (Base building) AHU’s #2 and # 3 in penthouse mechanical room. Install all new 9000 series insulated dampers (4 set of the dampers-each set has 3 rows) and new actuators (8 actuators in total). Calibrate and verify system operation. Installation and wiring on 2-nd actuator at each set of the dampers to be include (4 actuators in total). See attached documents for further information.
