GOC605275-CS - Modification of Offices and Kitchen / Modification des bureaux et de cuisine

Statement of Work/Overview:
The project generally consists of the modification (including demolition and construction) of the 21st floor office area and kitchenette, located at 10 Wellington (LTDLC), office suite 2101. A new reception area and a collaborative space will be fit-up in the project area. The project work will affect approximately 1250 square feet. The mechanical and electrical scope of work will include: minor modifications to the electrical distribution, minor modifications to the kitchenette plumbing services, minor modification to the ventilation ductwork and possibly some terminal units relocation, and possibly relocations of some sprinklers heads and fire alarm audible alarm
devices where required for walls relocation. There may also be the need for provision of exit signage. The project should not include notable replacement or upgrade of mechanical, electrical and/or architectural systems.
