upgrades would complete the fresh air damper upgrades completed recently.

Event Note

Bidders are advised that there will be an MANDATORY site visit to be held on the date and times
specified within the item 2.6.15. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized
representative, is permitted to attend the MANDATORY site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS
representative at the Security Desk main level Portage I&II, 50 Victoria, Gatineau, QC. Bidders will
be notified of any changes to the date of the site visit by Addenda. Bidders cannot use a representative
from another Bidder as its authorized representative to attend the site visit.
All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such
as: safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be
permitted to access the site
