Request for Contractor Services

The Contractor shall provide all material and labour that is required for electrical upgrades as indicated in Attachment 07 - Specifications and Drawings issued by the consultant RW Howard Engineering Including:

Remove existing 100A service. Remove existing meter. Coordinate with BC Hydro and pay all BC Hydro fees for service removal.
Remove existing electrical panel.
Provide new electrical panel.
Provide new non-fused disconnect for AHU-3.
Provide new breaker in main electrical panel
Provide new feeder and conduit from Panel A to Panel SA.
Provide complete circuit tracing and labeling for new electrical panel
Patch and paint exterior and interior walls to match existing for all work done.
Start-up and test complete system. Fill out verification forms.
