Description

Complete interior and exterior renovations and exterior lighting upgrdes as identified by CBSA . CBSA requires design and upgrades for exterior lighting. Interior renovations will require asbestos removal, interior painting, and interior floor repair. Exterior renovations will consist of a small canopy constructed over the entrance into the facility and window replacement throughout the building. Design to take place in 2016-2017, with construction in the following year.

Site visit is Non-mandatory but it is always the bidder’s responsibility to be familiar with each assigned facility and their existing site condition prior to bidding. MTL/Technician for each building / facility will be available for site visits, if a bidder/or their company representative/s need to visit several or a specific site.
