Respondents must attend a site/information meeting(s) to be held at the date and time
specified within section 5.1 of this RFP. Respondents will meet the Brookfield GIS
representative at the front entrance of 111 Water Street, Cornwall, ON. Brookfield GIS will not
issue Personal Safety Gear/Equipment/Clothing.

Failure of a Respondent to attend, properly register and remain present for the duration
of the site meeting(s) will entitle Brookfield Global Integrated Solutions in its sole discretion to
reject such Respondent’s Proposal.
