Description

Address the thirty-four (34) electrical anomalies from the 2020 and 2022, 2023 and 2024 IR scans, including the replacement of tandem breakers and the replacement of covers with easier to open hinge covers. Also, correct deficiencies that do not meet the requirements from the 2019 Power System Study (Arc Flash). Consultant to review the 2019 Power System study and confirm that there are no further defects that have been missed.

Event Note

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats etc. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site. Valid ID is required for this job walk.

Failure of a Proponent to attend a mandatory Site Visit, properly register, sign the BGIS Site Visit Sign-In Sheet and remain present for the duration of the Site Visit will entitle BGIS in its sole discretion to reject such Proponent’s Bid.

Bidders are only required to attend one site visit (if the project has a mandatory site visit) to be eligible to bid.
