Replace existing B-1 boiler with a new electric boiler with staging capabilities that provide less than 10 kW per stage. The minimum number of stages required is 4.
Provide electrical to accommodate mechanical upgrades.

All disruptive work (noise, dust, hazmat abatement, etc.) must be scheduled afterhours.
