GOC358385-DUR-RFQ Construction - General/Electrical Contracting Services - Replace Fire Alarm System

Replacement of main fire alarm control panel and annunciator equipment with fully addressable single stage system with remote monitoring capability. This includes remote monitoring connections, Initiating and notification devices replaced with new, addressable type. Include replacement of all initiating devices such as pull stations, smoke detectors, and heat detectors. Wiring for detection devices to be upgraded to Class A wiring. Includes revising the wiring to allow for proper delineation of fire alarm zones inclusive of new isolation modules. Existing conduits may be used where suitable. New horn and horn/strobe signaling devices provided throughout. Class B wiring will be used for signal circuits.  Existing wiring and conduits may be reused where suitable and extended for new devices. Commissioning will be performed a third party verification company as part of this scope of work. Refer to plans and specifications for additional clarification, and requirements
