Description

Scope of Work/Overview:
Full replacement of existing deteriorated asphalt shingles and roof system on the sloped roof assembly and chimney flashings. The intent of the project is to protect the integrity of the structures & mitigate the risk of future damage to interior finishes and protect the heritage defining areas (fascia and copper). Note, mockups and samples will be required to ensure new products protect the historic integrity of the building.

Confirmation of intent to attend the optional site visit must be sent by email with a list of attendees to Shelley.Demont@bgis.com no later than 2:00 PM October 3rd 2025 to be authorized to access the site.
A recommended maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, is permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Site visits will be conducted in small groups.
