Respondents are advised that they must preregister via email, and on behalf of their authorized representative or their authorized representatives including sub-consultants/sub-contractors, to the procurement specialist (Shelley.DeMont@bgis.com) by November 3, 2025 before 1:00PM.

A maximum of two representatives of each Respondent, or its authorized representatives, are permitted to attend the Mandatory site visit.
Failure of a Bidder to attend a Mandatory Site Visit, properly register, sign the BGIS Site Visit Sign-In Sheet and remain present for the duration of the Site Visit will entitle BGIS in its sole discretion to reject such Bidder’s Bid.
