Description

These projects are intended to reduce the probability of failure or deterioration in electrical systems operation, keep infrastructure running, make equipment reliable, productive, and safe.
The projects consist of electrical maintenance and testing of transformers, breakers, switchgears and Motor Control Centers (MCCs). They will also assist in determining wear and tear or failure of critical parts in the equipment, record and analyze system parameters, detect drift from the initial state, as well as provide updated single line diagram drawings and CMMS inventory update.

Paid parking is available, please see attached "Tunney's Parking - Map". All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site. Bidders will require government issued photo ID to sign in with security.
