Description

Re-caulking failed sealant joints and completing localized concrete repairs as the primary solution to address current and future deterioration at the ground-level stone and concrete finishes. Repainting, re-parging and cleaning of the adjacent assets. Relevel the transition areas. Contractors are responsible for all bypasses.

Reliability Clearance is required to attend the job showing. Please bring valid identification with you. All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats, safety glasses, etc. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site. Please meet the Project Manager at the Mackenzie King Visitors Entrance, 101 Colonel By Drive.

Bidders are only required to attend one site visit (if the project has a mandatory site visit) to be eligible to bid.

Pre-Registration is no longer required.
