Description

This is a combined procurement of the 3 CBSA Port projects above.

The scope of the project requires a comprehensive energy audit (at least ASHREA Level-II) to be undertaken to determine and prioritize potential energy savings opportunities and potential deficiencies in this new facility. The project requires collecting real time data, perform detailed energy analysis, and provide detailed cost saving initiatives c/w costs, payback, etc. Moreover, the scope of work requires to do a cost analysis study of using geothermal heat pump system for the building.
