Additional instructions regarding - Attachment 2 Pricing Matrix - Prospective vendors must complete all worksheet sections applicable to the award group they wish to bid on, in order to qualify.

All submissions must be made through Brookfield Merx, no other form of submissions will be accepted.

Though Brookfield GIS is obtaining pricing for all buildings listed on Appendix 7, BGIS may not award for all buildings and will request the performance of work on a building by building basis. The selected vendor will not perform any work prior to receiving a written request from Brookfield GIS
