Statement of Work/Overview:
Patching and painting on all ATSSC floors. The tenant has approximately 80,000 square feet of wall to patch and paint (10,000 linear feet of walls x 8' high) on their floors on 4W, 6W and 7W. Painting of perimeter radiators on 6W and 7W. Removal of material wallpaper and column coverings in specified areas on 6W prior to painting.
