GOC479054-CT - Retrofit of Old RBC B1-400

The Bank is no longer in the space on the first floor behind the front entrance to Tower A. The space requires a complete retrofit to accommodate new tenants. Remove glass door with sidelight including “track system”. New door with security swipe access. Main on/off light switch at main entrance. Add lighting in offices in main area to emergency lighting system. Ensure all fire and safety components adhere to code. All interior door hardware to be changed to GAC security specs/master-keyed to building. Voice and data drops in closed offices, Bell is GAC’s contractor (meeting room, quiet room, and shared equipment. Voice/Data, total of 4 jiffy poles for 8 cubicles. Electrical outlets, total of 4 jiffy poles for 8 cubicles. All redundant cabling has to be removed in the ceiling and shared equipment area. Remove little countertop in shared equipment room. Patch and paint shared equipment area. Removal of excess conduit and wiring. Remove track system on floor and ceiling, cover with stainless steel plate in shared equipment area. Removal of floor monument in one cubicle. Existing Window wall, add frosting for privacy/match existing interior glass doors. Conduit installation running from Old RBC space across to closet in EWRC
