Proponents are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 1.0 above. A maximum of two representatives of each Proponent, or its authorized representatives, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS representative at the building located at 1050 Notre Dame Sudbury, Ontario. Proponents are advised that they must preregister via email, and on behalf of their authorized representative or their authorized representatives including sub-consultants, to the procurement specialist named in this document by the deadline indicated in item 1.0 a) to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Proponent’s representatives being refused access to the site. For mandatory site visits when applicable, Proponents are only required to attend one scheduled site visit to be eligible to bid. Proponents will be notified of any changes to the date of the site visit by Addenda. Proponents cannot use a representative from another Proponent as its representative to attend the site visit.
Proponents are expected to examine carefully the site(s) at which the Deliverables are to be provided, fully inform themselves of the existing conditions and limitations and include in their Bid a sum to cover the cost of all items contemplated in the Contract.
