Description

GOC2465965: The project generally consists in the replacement and upgrade of the 1204 area HVAC system and equipment, including associated controls, serving laboratories and support offices. The new system and equipment shall be designed and installed to maintain the spaces within the required temperature, relative humidity and relative pressurization ranges.
GOC4205320: Install clean agent fire suppression system.

Event Note

A maximum of 2 representatives of each Bidder, or its authorized representative or authorized representatives, are permitted to attend the MANDATORY site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS representative at the National Printing Bureau west entrance security desk at 45 Blv Sacre Coeur, Gatineau, Qc. For mandatory site visits, Bidders are only required to attend one scheduled site visit to be eligible to bid. Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the site visit by Addenda. Bidders cannot use a representative from another Bidder as its authorized representative to attend the site visit.
All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots and hard hats. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.
Failure of a Bidder to attend a mandatory Site Visit, properly register, sign the BGIS Site Visit Sign-In Sheet and remain present for the duration of the Site Visit will entitle BGIS in its sole discretion to reject such Bidder’s Bid.
Bidders are expected to examine carefully the site(s) at which the Deliverables are to be provided, fully inform themselves of the existing conditions and limitations and include in their Bid a sum to cover the cost of all items contemplated in the Contract.
