Description

Installation of backflow preventer on the domestic water as identified during the sanitary survey from March 2024. The water service and connection to branches are located inside a water service closet which opens to the outdoors. The closet contains connection and back flow preventor to the building’s fire protection system, and connections and some back flow preventors for other uses. The water service itself does not have a backflow preventor, which is not compliant with municipal bylaws.
